At 1,506 metres above sea level, Bosco Gurin, the highest village of the Canton and iis rich in history and traditions. In this typical Walser village, there are still reminders of its characteristic alpine population, such as their particular language (Gurinerdeutsch) and the architecture with the characteristic houses in wood and rock.
The ethnographic Walser Museum (April-October) documents the lives and traditions of the Walser population.
